Queue & Visitor Flow Management
Nexa is a real-time queue management system for anywhere people wait to be served. A kiosk issues the ticket, screens call it out loud, counters work it, and a live dashboard shows a manager exactly where the flow is slowing down while it is still happening.
The Problem
Clinics, banks, and service centers still run on paper tickets and a clerk shouting a number. Customers stand because leaving means losing their place, staff are blamed for delays nobody measured, and at the end of the day the branch has no idea when its peak actually was.
Our Solution
Digital tickets from a self-service kiosk, display screens that announce each call by voice, counter consoles that can transfer or recall or mark a no-show, and a dashboard that turns all of it into numbers per counter and per employee.
Features
Real-time view of all counters, current queue sizes, and average wait times across all branches.
Define your own services with their own ticket prefixes, then decide which counter serves which no code, no vendor visit.
Connect any TV screen to display current serving numbers, wait times, and service announcements.
The counter console handles the messy real cases: send a customer to the right service, call the number again, or release the slot when nobody comes.
Detailed reports on peak hours, service duration, staff performance, and customer flow.
