AI Secretary for Lawyers & Doctors
Nabih is an Arabic-first AI secretary for two professions that live and die by their calendar and their files: lawyers and doctors. It runs as an Android app and a web app on one synced account, and it is as simple to use as a chat because that is exactly what it is.
The Problem
A lawyer or a doctor loses hours every week to work that teaches nobody anything: writing down an appointment, chasing a deadline, remembering which client said what. General AI tools do not help they answer in broken Arabic, and worse, they confidently invent the details they were not given.
Our Solution
A chat that actually does things. Send a sentence, a voice note, or a photo of a document, and Nabih books, reminds, and files it under the right case or patient. And when it does not have enough to act on, it asks one short question instead of guessing a date you never gave it.
Features
Record, review, then send you hear it back before it goes. Nabih transcribes and acts on it.
Book, reschedule, and get reminded in one sentence. Your whole agenda grouped overdue, today, upcoming.
Automatically calculates Jordanian legal deadlines across all court levels from ruling or notification dates.
If a record would be meaningless without a field, Nabih asks one short question instead of inventing the answer.
Doctors can manage patient histories, allergies, medication reminders, and follow-up schedules.
Send a photo of a document or contract and Nabih extracts the key data automatically.
